28th November 2024-Workshop at Surya Overseas in Panipat, Haryana

On 28th November 2024, I had the wonderful opportunity of conducting a financial literacy workshop at Surya Oversea in Panipat, Haryana. It was not only an enriching experience for the participants, but a deeply rewarding for me as well.

The goal of conducting the workshop was to target some of the basic concepts of managing one’s monetary resources, targeting the areas which would produce the most significant impact and would be relevant to the audience. Many of them wanted to know the best way to be financially stable and access various available financial services.  

One of the major areas of concern that we got to address with them was the various government schemes that concerns their demographic and age bracket. I simplified these schemes and explained the application process to them to solidify their confidence and encourage them to access these facilities. 

During this kind of workshop what struck one most was the enthusiasm of the participants throughout the session. Their curiosity motivates me to believe that education is a powerful tool.
